I’ve been having a major rattle on the middle console lid, and located it on the right side front passenger latch. Any ideas to correct?
it appears to latch just fine, but I can see the right side has a ton of play and therefore rattles while driving unless I put pressure on it.
Annoying AF!!!
Just happened to me while driving 65 on the highway. Truck lurched back a couple gears on me and since has been in slug mode. Won’t barely go over 2k rpms and into 10th gear.
also threw a forward collision warning malfunction error.
Any ideas?
i always set my default to perimeter only, but it ALWAYS reverts back to include the inside alarm. I even have the setting changed in the dash menu.
Am I doing something wrong?
one thing the new design amplifies is misaligned doors, thanks to the chrome strip that runs below the windows. Over the past 10k Miles, my drivers side rear door has become “out of whack”. Is there a way to realign the doors?
I’m grouping three questions in here.
1. Has anyone found good/nice options to replace the massive ford logo with something silver or black?
2. Is it possible to swap the brake lights with F150 lights? I like the darker look of those better honestly.
3. Has anyone considered painting...
has anyone put 24s on yet? I was worried about ride degradation for my platinum, but I drove a dealer ride with 24s and was pleasantly surprised at how well it still rode.
is anyone getting a rather loud and annoying rattle from this area?
I can’t seem to locate it exactly, although it could be the gap down by the lighting controls?
Also, the window here starting whistling recently, but I don’t see anything wron with the door seal...
does anyone know where you can find an easy list of things to personalize with each key fob?
All of a sudden, my doors don’t unlock automatically when I go to park.
The car honks twice when I leave it running and get out of the car with the key on me still.
Etc etc
i have no idea why my ride is doing this, but I can be listening to Spotify or a podcast over Bluetooth, only to have it interrupt and start playing my google play account music. I then have to grab my phone and manually go back and switch to my original source.
This is without CarPlay plugged...
I've noticed a few things from the drivers seat - some good, some bad - over the past few months with the new ride...figured I'd share.

- What the heck is the plastic thingy they use to cover the area where the trailer system goes if you have that option? It appears to be a quarter...
does anyone else have a horrible “lurch” behavior when downshifting in Sport mode? It is so harsh that sometimes it feels like someone is tapping the brakes!
Does it get better as it learns, or is this the expected behavior?
I am getting conflicting information from various dealers here.
Can you put on Toyo Open Country 33/12.50R22 on the Expy without needing to level for the front (or any 33x12.50 for that matter)?
if you have navigation directions on along with the driving assist, you can take your hand off the wheel forever! I drove for a solid minute without the alert.
If you remove your trailer cover, be sure to double check when you re attach. I just lost mine dammit.
I really wish the navigation...
so my Google play music just started auto playing even when my app isn’t running! Is this Normal? I would assume not considering all other apps I have to open to hear when connected via Bluetooth.
Is anyone looking into getting aftermarket wheels for their Expy? I don't mind the Platinum wheels, but my plan all along was to get another set of wheels so I can swap out every year. I was thinking a primarily black wheel with chrome accents would look good on my white Expy....similar to the...
What is a realistic price to pay for a $50 or $0 deductible premium warranty for 125k miles? I was planning to negotiate on this today and figured I'd offer no more than $1500...
