Same color? Pick the one with the color you like better!

Climb underneath with a flashlight and compare rust on one vs other.

Compare the hood & liftgate for the infamous "bubbling" paint, one vs other.

I like 30K better than 60K, myself.
You're in Canada and its miles not Kilometers?

Some people like the EcoBoost better, others happy with 5.4L.
Me? .... an engine is an engine, they both work just fine.

I have a 2014 and LOVE it, never been in a 2015 or EcoBoost.

I'm guessing your vote is second row bucket seats, if all else equal

That's a big difference in miles, I'd lean towards the 15 to get the ecoboost and electric power steering but only if a warranty were provided. Is the 14 certified pre owned? If so, go that route, the 5.4 is a good motor but check the gears, don't buy one I less it has 3.73 gears! You'll regret it later if you end up with 3.31s. A tune really wakes up the 5.4 but it can't compare to the ecoboost in terms of power and torque for towing.

Not to hijack the thread, but... Did the electric power steering only come on the 15 and up models? So a 2014 will have the ol' hydraulic steering pump?

That is correct, epas (ford's electric power assist steering) is on the 15+. All 5.4 motor expeditions had hydraulic power steering.

Yes, the 5.4 was not designed to accommodate the electric rack and pinion. Any 5.4 powered truck will be hydraulic, any ecoboost will have epas

On trucks The 5.4L is always hydraulic power steering as well as the newer 6.2L, The 3.5 and 5.0 are always electric power steering.

Expys usually have more sportier steering with actual feedback. I miss the hydraulic setup.
