Take a picture of the error, and post. Dealer will not do the update. They are still not officially released.

Make sure that you use an older USB 2 drive instead of a USB 3 drive. That's what worked for Brad.

ok got it done. reloaded the zip drive and bada bing
not real sure what all its going to fix, but hopefully it will fix the usb dropping of music, 32 g of music
