I got a 5.4 2 valve 2003 engine And i can buy a 2001 5.4 f150 lightning supercharger Anyone install one ? Thank you.

I know same here the expedition changed bodystyle from 02-03 so im a little weary about a supercharger from a 2001 to fit my 2003. What year did the f150 5.4 change ? Anyone know ? I think they went to 3 valve in 2004 but how long did the 2 valve 5.4 stay the same to match my 2003 ? Thank you for your imput

It will work. The 3v didn't start until 05. All the 5.4 2v are the same. As for who to install it, any decent performance shop should.

As said it will fit.

But be aware the supercharger by itself is of little use. You need to purchase the complete upper supercharger assembly plus misc items to make it work.

Boiler did a great writeup on a 2nd generation install.
