2004 expedition 5.4l 4x4 .. Headlights quit working, the bulbs are good, no blown fuses I've replaced the headlight switch and nothing, on the other hand I've noticed on the multi function switch my washer motor doesn't work, the rear wiper blade doesn't work and the blinkers some times stick could this be the major problem to my head lights? I'm tired of dumping money into it .. Help please!:banghead:

I would look at the multi function switch and then the gem module.

Parts aren't cheap that's why I want to be sure here in Louisiana if you buy electronics and it doesn't work ect. You can't get your money back.. What is a gem module?

If you want to be 100% sure then you will need a test light or multimeter and the wiring diagram for tracing the circuits in order to find your problem. Have you traced circuits before?

No I haven't done that this happened out of no where .. When it first started you could twist the light switch back and forth and they'd come on but now they don't at all what's weird is on that same switch the fog lights and parking lamps work fine it's only the head lights

Swamp Expedition, I am 99% sure it is your multifunction stalk that is toast. Based on everything that you are describing, it is most likely that. It is a $70 part that can be obtained from your local auto parts store. Changing it out is pretty straight forward too. If it isn't the multifunction stalk, at a minimum you needed a new one anyways and this will eliminate a lot of your possible problems.

By stalk you mean the switch right? The headlight switch I had replaced was 75$ and they told me the multifunction switch was 125$ all is non refundable .. Dealerships rob people 75$ a hour to look at your vehicle and they keep it that hour to be sure they get that money lol screw that I'm a self fix it person I've rebuilt a motor just by googling how to lmao that should tell you..
