Ford Expedition 2003. Looking to change my front and rear rotors, as well as brake pads. Would you suggest oe, slotted/cross drilled or cross drilled? They don't have brake drums or do they?

Nope should be 4 wheel discs. Peek through your rear rim to confirm. All depends what you wanna see, slotted rotors will help keep the brakes cool, thereby reducing brake fade. I have always found normal rotors to be adequate for what I need, but if I had a bunch of extra money to put into the truck I would do the slotted rotors. However I swear by ceramic brake pads. I put a pair of those in the truck a couple months ago and braking was significantly improved.
