New member here from LI - NY. I have an 05' Expedition that I use to tow my boat, utility trailer, and 4Wheel on the shores of LI.

So I have several minor mods to my 05' Expedition that include:
Front mounted 2" receiver hitch by Curry
Custom roof racks (welded out of scrap bed frame and Home Depot Wire Shelving)
Custom Light Bar
Galaxy CB Radio
Wilson Antenna
Linear AMP
Pioneer Head Unit
NAVI/DVD/HandsFree
Backup Camera
On-Board AIR via Scuba Tank
Recent Repairs:
My Expedition has 102K on her currently and just underwent a $2500 Tranny swap.
New Brakes all the way around
AC actuator motor for the rear
Planned upgrades:
3.5"/2.5" Lift/leveling kit on order
Bilstein Shocks all the way around on order
Bigger Tires once the lift goes in
(likely BFG AT's at 33" or 34". . . Still deciding)
Wishlist:
Heated Seats
PWR Seat Memory
HD Front bumper
Looking forward to browsing the forum for all the tips and tricks.
