I was wondering what my actual 0-60 time is for my expedition, since the numbers posted by Ford and magazines are usually faster then actual times. Here is how I tested: I used a stop watch and punched the gas at the same time I hit start on the stop watch. I didn't use brake torqueing or any tricks like that. My times ranged from 9.5 - 9.7 seconds and the mods I have are in my sig. Anyone else have a stopwatch and want to compare results? Also, my 0-40mph time was about 5.2 seconds, and I noticed my truck was shifting right at 40mph.

Nobody else has a stopwatch to test their 0-60? I was especially interested in knowing what the newer expeditions are running.

I've done mine with a G-Timer (a windshield accelerometer.) I'll see if I can find some numbers/vids of when I first got it, but I think it was somewhere around what you have, though probably a little slower because of my 4.6.

Where did you get your G-timer and for how much? I was trying to find something like that to measure my 0-60 more accurately, but couldn't find anything and ended up just getting a stop watch (amazon.com is out of stock). I initially did these time test to compare the 0-60 time of the 87 tune to the 91 but havn't found a good time to switch back to 87 yet.

If you want one, I can sell you mine. Mine just sits in my center console. I'd have to see if I can find the box, though.

Hah, you can't trust those Edge times too much. I've heard of some F150 ppl reporting almost 6 seconds with just an Edge tune and CAI.

0-60 about 12 months...lol so slow it cant get out of it's own way.... but I'll have to try it one day to get some numbers... but soon I'm either gonna buy a car or stock truck, or put some 4.56 or 4.88s into this thing... but my old 97 when it had 315/75 BFGs with 10" of lift and a 4.6 it ran 17.6 in the 1/4 mile some were I had it on video tape too... gonna take the expy to the track this summer and get real numbers but I think a calender will work better to record the times

My best on a Superchip's data logger was like 14 something, it was soo scewed, I went to break torque and it started counting and I only figured that out when I took of and it was already at like 5. I might go check it out later today, add a bottle or two of octane boost and have a blast.

As soon as it stops raining I'm going to fill up with 101 octane and see if there's any difference from the 91 octane times. I kind of hope there is no difference so I won't be tempted to always fill up on 101 (a few 76 gas stations have 101 where I live)

Hmmm, good question. Wonder if the wife would allow me to make a 1/4 mile pass in the Expedition while the Mustang is cooling off

Dunno about the Expy but the Mustang 60ft times are 1.42-1.46 - I know that's not mph but.....closest I have.
