i dot get the big deal on all the newer vehicles, about WIFI
you still have to have an internet connection through a smart phone hot spot or use the vehicle set up as a hot spot and get charged data.
..I have a smart phone that is also a hot spot, and anyone around me in the car can use it to access the internet, including the expy.
what am i missing..i can make my golf cart a hot spot as well??

It’s just the direction tech is heading.... the internet of things. My kettle is WiFi enabled and I thought that was stupid until I decided to turn it on before getting out of bed, now I depend on that thing lol. I thing the car WiFi is handy so you don’t have to physically switch your phone hot spot on and off, sure it’s just one extra step but today the steps we have add up quick. I think I’ll see what I think and cancel if I don’t like it. I read somewhere that there is no fees to activate and cancel so on roads trips and such you can activate for those trips as needed. I’m not sure how my phone does if I’m on a call and using it as a hotspot to stream my sling box or other videos supporting multiple devices while I also talk. The range for the car WiFi is 50 feet, not sure about my phone.

I keep hearing the new motor is why it has such great tow ratings? The tow ratings are unchanged from 2003-2017 expys To the 2018 it tows the same. It’s all chassis and suspension nothing to do with engine. Nothing new it’s 14 year old news and they act like it’s a big deal. These people reviewing vehicles don’t have a clue what they are talking about the only way to know is to actually test drive it yourself. The review you posted on the Navigator seems like a good review though, they actually talk about relevant things. I can’t stand when people rip apart a new vehicle for having a frame and they don’t understand why it rides different.

Also I don’t understand why reviewers are complaining about ride quality and interior in the Expedition. The interior looks fine and if it rides like our 3rd gens then it rides darn good for an suv

I couldn’t agree more. It’s a 6000 pound full size SUV, what are they expecting?!?

Wat i dont like is they trashedthe interior but praise it in the pickup truck reviews, the dash is almost exactly the same. Car and driver actually praised the ride and one of the few who praised the ride of the navi as well. As for the others who didnt, i dont kno of many vehicles let aline suvs that ride better than the 15+ expys

Another positive of review of the new fords by edmunds. They are actually quite objective in their reviews, which i like. Everything is in perspective and seems what most consumer wpuld look for in these suvs.

I have to agree with you there. I can drive for 8 hours (except for pee breaks) and can get out of the truck with no pain - stiffness yes but that happens anytime I sit a long time these days. :)

I thought MotorTrend's review of the Expy was great. And I loved that they did a direct comparison with the Chevy Suburban. Wow, that answered a lot of questions for me!

Very good review by motor trend. I like how they said Ford is the new sheriff in town lol. I disagree with them on the Jeep Grand Cherokee being better than the explorer completely. The explorer is way better all the way around.
