Expeditions are large SUVs, and they are top-heavy compared to most other vehicle designs. That will give you the sensation that you're tipping over or wallowing as you drive around. Its unlikely, but not impossible, that your suspension is having an issue considering the mileage.

My '14 doesn't feel bouncy at all. Sounds like you've got something else going on.

I just bought a 2016 with 46k. No way I would call it bouncy. Much smoother ride ride than the 2014 Sienna with 50k miles I got rid of.

Sounds like something is wrong.

Fronts are standard coil over...I would check the rear for load leveling bags...

No, you shouldn’t have anything electronic or electric on your suspension. That only came with the 22” wheels. You could have load-leveling shocks in the rear, but only way to tell is by part number or verifying the build through the window sticker or ETIS. Air suspension was not an option on the 15-17s.
The front suspension is, for all intents and purposes, an identical design to the F-150. The rear is obviously different, but should ride better than an F-150. It’s basically the same style as the front suspension. If it’s wallowing all over the place, I’d give the shocks a bounce test and see if they’re bad.

We don’t have load leveling bags in the rear...they are nivomat struts if you purchase the option. No bags. Yes they self level. They ride smooth. Check your tire pressure.

Push down hard on the right rear 2 times and release. The truck should not continue to bounce. If it does you need new shocks. Repeat on the left.

False, not on expy

Just jump up and down in a corner seat and see how it reacts

i jumped on the running board till it bounced then jumped off it definitely bounced more than once

Yeah suspension is a bit less than optimal then

Depends how many times and how far it bounces though...

PS dont jump on the running board, that had its own sag and can potentially screw it up

Just bounce on a seat or door sill

Pushing on bumpers is more likely to screw things up
