My vehicle: 2016 KR 4x4 with 2" lift front and rear.

I noticed recently that my headlights were aimed lower than I remember. Even on level streets I did not think I had enough visibility ahead. I read some threads and the manual, then looked at my car to see if there was anything to adjust. What I found was that the headlights were a little loose. I could rattle them up and down a little.

Solution: I loosened the two top mounting screws, lifted the front end of the headlight assembly, creating a gap in the retention clip on the left in photo below. I then put a zip strip in that gap and tightened the screws. The zip strip is to keep the headlight assembly from trying to sag again. Pics are out of order for some reason.UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_4bbd.jpg UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_4bbc.jpg UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_4bbe.jpg

Why not use a Phillips head screwdriver and adjust them to the proper height. The adjuster is the half circle I zoomed in on.

Drop the screwdriver in and rotate the direction it needs to go to bring them up

Because I think I fixed the problem. I think they were originally mounted correctly, but the screws on top did not hold tight, and the assembly canted down a little. If they aren't aimed where I want them after canting them back up and stabilizing them I will adjust. Thanks for pointing out the screw.

Maybe I'm not understanding the issue but running zip ties under the mounting bracket is hardly a fix in my opinion. But if you are happy with it thats cool

I highly suggest you remove the headlights completely and check the clips that hold the lower portion of headlight still
