What is your average MPG?

2017 xlt bought used, 51 K miles, last 5400+ miles 19.9 mpg (not indicated, miles driven / gallons pumped).

Mostly suburban driving short trip with traffic lights about every half mile, BUT 2 longer trips interstate, 65 - 75mph got 22.3 and 21.7 on them. Again miles driven / gallons pumped.

I keep a close watch on my mileage as a drop can indicate looming problem such as dragging brake or engine issues. Habit.

The mpg display on my particular expy reads about 1 mpg higher than actual.

Yeah, my 06 got 15 on a good day, average a little over 14. Pulling enclosed 5 foot x 12 foot 3000 lb trailer 1100 miles to florida the 06 got 11 (I-95), about the same empty on the way back.

I've recorded every gallon of gas put into the vehicle since new using the Fuelly (aCar) app.

As of last fill-up, 64,111 miles, 3707.23 gallons, 17.3 mpg. MPG on individual fill-ups has ranged between 14.8 and 22.1.

Finally someone who speaks my language. I'm hyper-miling mine right now and can't keep it above 17.0 on the computer (60 city/40 highway), which is a little under 16 actual. I have a 2016 KR with 3.73 gears, 4x4 with 2" lift and inch taller tires.

I think the people who report over 20 on the highway are not on open roads or not going over 70. I could get 20 in freeway traffic pretty easily. On Texas highways with no one around, doing 75, I'm lucky to get over 15 on the computer. 14 with a headwind. Happy to pay for the fuel, because the engine rocks.

Filled up between Covington and Clifton Forge Virginia Monday. Four adults, floor behind the 2nd row seats fairly full of stuff (clothes, rifle, ammo, ice chest, bags of cucumbers, beans, etc. from the garden at home) and drove back to the house down here in VA.

Filled up yesterday while out buying more parts for the Chevy truck, calculated out to 16.9 mpg. 2014 EL Limited.

Mods : JLT performance catch can, K&n CAI, 5 star 93 performance tune on 93 octane, SP 542s gapped at 0.028”, rear resonator delete, readylift 3/2 with 35/11.50/20 ridge grapplers, BORA 1.25” wheel adapters, full weather tech floor liners, full LED interior/ exterior swap, Raptor grill lights

Note: mostly city driving. Can get 25 cruising at 63mph

If you have 4x4 with a lift and lots of mods it's near impossible to get more than 20mpg combined mpg. Thats some superhero driving.

Agree, but as soon as you get to an incline your MPG's drop like a rock. I find it hard to believe that you can get 20+ mpg combined with 4x4 and lifts/ mods.

If you have 4x4 with a lift and lots of mods it's near impossible to get more than 20mpg combined mpg. Thats some superhero driving.

Last 585 mile tank I went through which was 95% highway driving at 65mph netted me 20.2mpg. So it’s possible. I saw as high as 25mpg on that road trip but slowing down and speeding up the other 5% brings the mpgs down. My “average” right now with 5734 miles on the clock is at 18.9mpg. City driving with 23 pounds of boost on hand keeps me right around 17 normally unless I can cruise at lower speeds than I’m around 18.5

I don't have lifts or bigger tires, still stock in those areas. I also don't use 4WD unless necessary (snow, heavy rain, mud, dirt roads, etc.), on regular road its just wasteful on gas and an unnecessary burden on the mechanics of the vehicle.

I saw pretty big improvements with the K&N CAI and the catch can. The tune not so much, but I am still using the canned tune so big change wasn't expected.

5 star has my tune dialed in pretty well. My OAR is -0.96 so it’s high quality, my 93 perf tow tune nets me even higher mpgs! It has lower boosts and transmission shifts differently and is technically better for daily driving. But the performance only tune is just too fun not to drive daily. It’s always funny when the 6300lb SUV walks unsuspecting victims

If you're at 65 with traffic, 20 is not surprising. Especially if you run 93 octane. Wonder what mileage we would get with 0% ethanol.

It’s 93 octane with a performance tune netting an extra 103rwhp and 100rwtq too though so to me that is surprising
