WARNING: RCI Skid Plates are NOT compatible with 2007 Ford Expedition. Everything is off. I do not think they could even be custom mounted. Maybe if you redrilled everything, the plates, front cross member, and the front frame horns...maybe. I don't know if they changed the predrilled hole locations and or the design of both the front frame horns and the front cross member in later years. But for 2007 the front member is wider between the IFS arm mounts than the F-150 and the RCI skid plates are a good inch too narrow. The holes in the RCI skid partially overlap with the predrilled holes on the front cross members so you will need to drill new mounting holes in both the cross member and the skid plates. In addition the front frame horns seem shorter than the F-150. On the F-150 there are two unused predrilled mounting holes back from the two holes used for the tow hooks. On the 2007 Expy there is only a single hole back from the tow hook mounts and they are too far back to use the RCI hanging brackets. You will need to use the second tow hole on the first RCI bracket hole, create a spacer to level the mounting bracket on the frame, and drill a new hole in the frame to properly mount the hanging bracket. Pain in the ass. Please let me know if I'm missing a good workaround here. But until somebody shares that I would purchase the RCI skids with extreme caution.
