Head Light Upgrades

I have a 2021 Limited FX4 package, not very happy with the head lights. Anyone upgrade to LED? Interested in what you used and how you did it. Did you install yourself (how hard was it) or did you have it done at the factory or other shop?

Its easy to do, takes about 10 minutes. And i can say the leds make a large difference with being able to see so much better at night.

I use ZDATT, or mostly AUXITO leds. Zdatt has a built in decoder for errors and color lenses for different color temperatures. Auxito is a slim 1:1 fit and causes no interference. I personally use auxito. Let me know if you want/need any other led brand recommendations for the other lights on your expy

I thought Limited already have LED headlights. Only XLT has halogen. I have 2019 XLT with 202A.

LED headlights are optional on Limiteds.

I have a 2019 Max Limited with the projection lenses. I upgraded with the Alla LED lights. Low Beam 9005 - HB3 - 6500K Xenon White and for the Fogs did H16/H8/H11 LED Switchback 6000K White/3000K Yellow.

Really happy with light level and the option to run yellow lamps for fog/snow.

Curious with the switch backs in fogs. How is the light output in either white or yellow mode? Does it meet or exceed OEM? My understanding is it appears lower light output on the road.

Yellow is actually better - on the color spectrum for lighting yellow is best and blue or red is the worst. Yellow is better downroad white is my of a bigger area but closer and blue is for upclose
