Key fob programming dock?

I have a 2016 Expedition Limited and I purchased a new Fob off of the internet. To program the fob it needs to be placed in a “programming dock”. Does anyone know where this is located in my vehicle?

The location is explained in the vehicle owner’s manual.

The manual for my 2015 also has an illustration of the location.

Programming instructions for a third key fob (if two programmed fobs are available) are detailed in the vehicle owner’s manual of my 2015 Expedition. I’d bet the instructions are also in the 2016 manual.
