Little update on my Expy, Icons are fully installed in front and rear now.
This is a 2017 Limited. Its so hard to find anything for this truck...
I am running 33's and there is a very slight rub on the fender liner when making very sharp turns at slow speed.
Also got some new running boards/"rock sliders"
Icons are very nice. I got the fully adjustable ones and I typically run them on the middle setting (4)20230214_162602.jpg20230209_104830.jpg

I also took out the third row seats, that I never use, made a cover for that area and now I have a ton of storage underneath.

Here are a few pics of my '16

My friend made a nice video about the truck HERE

Currently lifted with spacers - its the only bolt on option I've found.

I also installed custom rear springs that are 25% stiffer and 1 inch taller.

Currently gathering parts for a Raptor front suspension kit and custom 5 link on the rear with Fox 3.0 Racing coil overs.

Should be about a 3 inch lift from stock with 12 inches of travel front and rear.

Will update when that project is done. (Hopefully!)

Finally got around to installing the following:

Bilstein 4600 front shocks
KYB rear shocks (Bilstein was out of stock)
3”/2” spacer kit from StreetRays
Raptor take off wheels
35x12.5x17 Treadwright tires

No rub at any time during street driving. I don’t go off road, so no idea if it would at crazy angles.

I forgot to cut down the axles in the rear, so no center caps back there for now

Thanks, that's disappointing. I ordered 2" front / 1.5" back on Sunday.
How many miles have you had it on for? What tires are you running?(spacers too?)

Stock raptor take off rims, no spacers..

Lift and spacers have been on for about 5k miles..no regrets ..should have done it sooner.. been out on 4 dirt road trips so far

285 70 17 falcon wild track MT...takeoffs from a jeep gladiator :)
Bought the to see if I liked the size etc...pretty sure I could clear 315 70 17...but think I'm going to 285 75 17...hair taller but not as tall as 35.s
