Looks great. I put 305s on my Timberline. Zero need to lift, does not add much but more work. Glad you went with a nice positive offset. Most people go for the look of the deep dish rim but it looks terrible when it sticks out.

We just picked up a 2023 Timberline and went ahead and did the Ready Lift 3/2 and threw on some Toyo AT3s 295/70R18

Love how you covered the chrome stripe up with the orange. Did a vinyl wrap shot do that for you or was it something you bought and did yourself? Thinking about doing the same thing to ours.

unlifted with 18's (from a 2022/23 F150 STX) so I call those big tires, they have sidewalls unlike the 22's that came on this one.
once I wear these OE Goodyears down some, they will be replaced with BFG KO2s in 275/65R18... But we've got like 5000 miles planned of all road driving towing our trailer in the first part of next year, so not much point in getting the better AT tires just yet.

No lift, but with Raptor beadlocks and 315/70R17 BFG A/T2’s. A little bigger than I wanted, but couldn’t beat the price. I didn’t care for the 22’s that came on the stealth. I had to pull the front half of the front fender liners forward to clear. I already had the air dam off, so it was pretty easy to make new holes for the liner where it attaches to the bumper. The driver side running board was too close when turning, so I adjusted it back. Anyone else with deployable running boards run into clearance issues?
Is there a bottom shock mount leveling spacer? I’ve done several on GM’s, but can’t seem to find one for Ford. I’d like to get a 1/2” to get it perfectly level.

Unfortunately there is no bottom shock spacer that I’m aware of. There is a top shock ‘spacer’; buts not actually a spacer but an extension of 3“. I can’t recall the shock top bolt length but it might be possible to put in a generic 1/2” spacer.
Your best bet may be to replace the shocks (bilstein): they have rings on the shock body which allow different heights/lift amount.

I can’t swap struts with CCD. I don’t want to lose the drive modes and have the error codes on the dash. I saw that there is a module to get the codes to clear, but that’s an expensive fix for 1/2” lift. eBay has 1/2” top spacers, but I don’t think you’d have the threads left for a secure fit.

Aren't the height sensors separate from the shocks ? AFAIK, the shocks just have two wires for a solenoid inside them, you should be able to replace this with a suitable resistor so the vehicle dynamics think its still plugged in. A good starting value for this resistor would be the DC resistance of the CCD shock as measured when disconnected. There's likely a bit of power involved, so using a 5 watt or maybe a 15 watt resistor would be prudent.
On my wife's 19 Stealth, I cut the front part of the running board back about 1/8th of an inch. It's easy- remove the plastic cap, trim, and then replace the cap. Will need to drill a new retaining hole underneath for the cap. I have the readylift and aftermarket wheels with 295 70 18's. They barely rubbed before, and I didn't want to risk it. Zero problems afterwards and literally can't tell they were trimmed. I used a sawzall. The expedition is on this forum a few pages back.

New to the forum and just wanted to throw my 2022 limited max out there. Will get better pictures of it tomorrow without shadows and post. Sorry for stock suspension on a lifted thread.
Went with 285/55r20 Toyo RT Trails on stock suspension. Took the factory running boards off too.

Awesome, I am sitting in the tire shop now awaiting the alignment post leveling kit and tire install on my wife’s 2024 XLT with the same wheels.
Thanks for sharing I have scoured the internet trying to find one with stock wheels and oversized tires and the pictures I was able to locate online have been limited.

what about abnormal driving? do they scrape at all on bumps or full stop turns ? asking because I'm wondering if I can get away with 295/70R18 on stock suspension instead of 275/65R18... thats about 34.3" OD instead of the stock 32" OD

I’m sure there’s someone here that has that size.
I have 275/60R20. They are 33” while stationary, and turning the wheel, I can see 3/4” clearance between tire and liners on my XLT. The tires are on stock wheels with a 5mm spacer.
I have 295/70/18 KO2's on my Timberline. No issues, but I think Timberlines might come with a small factory lift/level that helps out here.
