Trying to make what ford won’t!
2023 Timberline running Gen2 Raptor upper and lower control arms, tie rods, Fox. 3.0 non live valve shocks i mounts using the Camburg Raptor conversion buckets. Rear consists of the stock Timberline strut with a machined 2” spacer and longer control arms to center the wheel and tire. 37” BFG K02s on Raptor 37 package wheels. BajaForged roof rack and KC Pro6 lighting. Next is to modify a set of Raptor fender flares to fit!
I was looking to modify some Raptor fender flares until I looked at the Baja Forged fender flares and I liked them - I mentioned it a few weeks ago to see if anyone wanted to do a group buy but not much interest here. I have some on order.

Where did you find longer control arms? I wouldn't mind centering my rear wheels after my ReadyLift.
The only company offering any is RoughCountry, i called them up and told them what i needed.

I talk to the fine people over at BF from time to time and a few weeks ago i was told they need 10 more people to fill the preorder and once filled it will take another 12 weeks to ship out. I can build my set much quicker and cheaper

Not a 4th generation but I'm running a 2.5 rear and 3.5 front leveling kit with 33x12.5x17s on my 2003 expedition.

So after buying my 2022 XLT Max 4 months ago, I knew the first thing I wanted to do was lift it. I was looking for lift kits online when I cam across @95cobby and this forum. I decided to do the same lift and go with the Bilstein 5100 F150 4X4 front shocks on the stock setting and the Expedition rears on the second (.5") setting. This combination gave me 2.5" of lift in the front and .5" of lift in the rear. I also installed a set of Icon Delta Joint UCA's. I'm running the stock 20x8.5 wheels with a 44mm offset and 275/65r20 (34" tall) BFG All Terrain KO2 tires. I was a little worried that my tires would rub the UCA's because of the backspacing on my factory wheels, but the Icons fit perfectly and I have plenty of clearance.

Is it me or still not completely centered on the rear? Or is it just the angle?

It wasn’t centered to begin with and adding only a half inch of lift made it a little worse. Once rough country starts selling their rear control arms separate from their full lift kit, I am definitely going to get them. I’ve seen a couple trucks with that lift and the rear looks way better with the tire centered. I just really like the adjustability of the Bilsteins.

Ok, yea, I know about the not centeredness on the lift, I thought you had the stuff to correct it though, thanks for the clarification.

ReadyLift 1.5/2 lift (conbo of a 1.5" level and 3/2 lift since Timberline is factory leveled) with Falken Wildpeak 295/70R18s on factory rims. I had to remove the front WeatherTech mudflaps and there was a little trimming to the front of the rear fender fabric liners. I haven't heard of this being necessary for others that installed 295s, so I'm guessing Wildpeaks run large.

Stock measurements from top of fender to ground:
Front: 37.25"
Rear: 36.5"

Measurements after lift and tires from top of fender to ground:
Front: 39.5"
Rear: 39.25"
Where did you get this from? My wife and I are looking at a 2023 timberline and she wants it lifted. I sent her the picture of you because I think it is about what she is looking for. On the ready lift website I can only see 3"F/2"R lift for the expedition which I think will be too much

The link below has some background and the model numbers of the ReadyLift parts. I picked both lifts up on Amazon for a good price at the time. As a side note, the info in there regarding Bilstiens not providing any lift on the front end may be incorrect. I seem to recall others using them on their Timberlines and achieving an 1+.

Not lifted just the biggest tires they could shove under there without any issues. I like it so far.
