I changed my password for my Ford Pass app and when logging on, the app froze with a blue screen and "ford" logo. Totally frozen for over a day now. Researched the issue online and found nothing suggesting this is not a common problem. Any ideas on how to get past the blue screen or should I just delete the app and re-install again? Thanks for any help.

You can try a Force Stop first and see if that fixes it. Otherwise just delete and reinstall.

Thanks, but what is a Force Stop?
On Android phones, press and hold the button for the app. A menu will pop up with four choices: Select, Remove, Uninstall, and an unlabeled choice with a lower case "i" in a circle. Click on that unlabeled choice. That will take you to an information page for the app. At the bottom of that page will be a choice labeled "Force stop". A Force stop stops execution of the app, but does not delete any app data. The next time you tap the button for the app, the app will restart.
