I have a 2023 Expedition Timberline and have two of the same issues.
Front 1-touch window up often looses it’s programming and needs re-programmed.
Snapping sound from roof/headliner area around B-Pillar/drivers head area (this does not happen at 40 deg F or below, and happens more the warmer it gets. Doesn’t seem to be pano glass related as it does it closed, vented and fully opened. Is anyone else having the creak/snapping sound from the roof/headliner?
In two years of ownership of a ‘22 Limited Stealth, I’ve had the window button issue one time and the sound from the head liner once. I called the dealer regarding the button and they told me how to reprogram it. I brought it to the dealership for the headliner. For the life of me, I can’t remember what they said the issue was with it. I wish I could for conversation sake! Whatever it was, it was minor and they fixed it in less than a half hour and it hasn’t done it since.

Adding another complaint, the driver side window switch module fell into the door today... Upside I have 2 more days on my warranty.

Lemon Law rules vary greatly from state to state. Before heading down that path, carefully check the rules in both the purchase and residence state (if the 2 are different).
