What do you guys think of upgrading of Mass Air sensor and or Throttle bodies ...??? Thinking BBK Throttle body 75mm and Jet Mass Air Flow. or is there somthing else?? NO superchargers cause premium gas would kill me!! It's like a $1.35/L up here which is ???? about $5.10/gal

I think the gains would be minimal for the cost of either but it might give you an edge over the other guy

If you change the mass air, you WILL have to get your Expy tuned. The Mass AIr sensonr is tied to the programming. Change the MAF = change tune.

Yeah I'll get gears when I get the 40's ,not sure what gear is mine right now?? The tag isn't there, guess when the guys did the fluid change they left the tag off.

Yeah I would get a custom tune I was looking at swaping my Edge for PHP Gryphon or SCT

If you do A MAF and get a program that lets the computer know it's different your good. Although I know guys that didn't get custom tunes with a new MAF and never heard complaints. So not a 100% on that might try talking to a buddy who custom tunes mustangs.

I dont really see the mass air as i big restriction in your intake system unless your supercharged. The stock mass air is a 80mm and the throttle body I believe is a 69mm. So If anything id add a 75mm TB and a sct or what ever you want tune.

i have a 99' expedition and my 02 sensors and catalytic converters are bad, instead of replacing them can i just run straight pipes and get better performance?
when i drive it, it putters and very annoying!
will the straight pipes make it run better?
