I have a brimar deck over dump trailer and will need new tires soon. I'm looking for a truck tire over a trailer tire. It needs to be under 28" tall and have a load capacity of at least 2500lbs. Anyone know where this unicorn may be located. I can go back with a trailer rated tire made in China...
I've got a set of these in my f150 and they have done well except in mud, they suck in mud. On highway is as good as any other premium tire but they are considerably cheaper.
I have the AVS and they didn't fit well in the back causing the windo to stop before it got to the top. Well a few weeks ago the driver's side cracked but on the upside I don't have to push it out now to get the window up.
That would be the easiest way to lift it. You would want to do a straight axle in the front as the A-arms are slightly different between the vehicles. I think it be awesome to see one of these with 3/4 axles under it. 3 link the back and 4 link the front. You already have sufficient coilover...
Mine drove like crap after the lift but has gotten better or we got used to it. I used a wider than stick tire but the same diameter so no issues with shift points or regearing. She does chug the gas though.
