Yep, stick with the F150 if you want to hold your value... We keep our expy around as our family wagon, but if we ever replace it we may jump ship to a GM product so the value will hold better!
No
No kidding!!! Not looking forward to the bill or the labor! HAHA
And I have misplaced my meter during our move so I will snag another tomorrow and let yall know.
That 9mm allen sure is a PITA the first time you go to mess with the brakes on the Expy... My 2010 F150 doesn't require that... So stupid... LOL But I have one now!!!
Oh she's already amazed me, she hasn't ran out yet! HAHAHA. We moved really close to her work so she puts 10miles a day on it now a days... Which is good as I have a laundry list of fixes for both of these 200K+ mileage fords!!! LOL
Ill check the voltage just in case, do you mean behind the panel?
I am sorry, I am misreading your post... OK. If the coil swap made stuff worse, maybe buy one coil and plug and move it around until the issue resolves. I am certain its a coil or plug.
Yes, get a wifi OBDII reader and download the OBD Fusion app or similar type app... Mine wouldn't throw CEL codes either but with the app you will be able to see the misfires on each cylinder.
If it is a coil, get motorcraft. My mechanic put an off brand and it didn't fix it so I was puzzled...
Passenger side floorboard area? Usually passenger side exhaust manifold... I have a leak on my 2010 5.4... Annoying.
Could also be a vacuum hose disconnected somewhere...
Ive got 80K or more on Toyo AT 34" tires and still a bit of tread... LT 10ply E rated tire... Warrantied 65K but easily can get 80K! Not one patch or plug either! That's all I ever buy... Although I did snag a set of new raptor take offs with BFGs for the F150!
YEP!!! I invested in the OBDII wifi reader and an app... We had the same misfire issue on ours.... Turned out to be #4 coil... Swapped it out and tuned it up and good to go!
Oh i hate ours... And with iphone 7 or newer it just doesn't work at all... I just use a little inline bluethooth widget from wally world now... Much easier!!!!
Its been a while.... Months probably. I have ran seafoam through the tank hoping to unstick the float... Wife's car and surprisingly she hasn't ran out yet... She just fills up every 300miles or so. LOL
Hey folks... 2009 Expy with fuel gauge not working any longer. Looking at the fuses before I order a pump/sending unit... Any other fuses to check in the cab or under the hood? I have checked 26 and 29 in the cab and 5, 44, 55, 61 under the hood.
Any help appreciated!
Thanks!
