2023 Limited with 22" tires. The ride is awful. What are the best options to get a better ride that won't affect warranty ?? Thanks

Check your tire pressure and lower it a bit.

This worked for me. But check the tire load index so you don't underinflate the tire. That's how the Explorers had all those Firestone blowouts years ago. The peak tire load is at peak pressure, so you can adjust tire pressure for the maximum amount of weight you anticipate carrying.

No sidewall on 22 inch tires to help cushion ride. Factory 18's even with 10 ply BFG's aired to 40 psi ride smooth for me.

I have a Stealth Limited with the 22" and CCD. I like the "sports car sequence" ride quality except for the sway and bobble. I replaced both the front and rear sway bars with solid end links. The vehicle corners and handles much better. Feels more planted, but if you are looking for a more floaty and smooth ride, then go with 17" or 18" rims. Its a body on frame truck at heart that can tow up to 9k (if you have the HD tow package) so it might not offer what you are looking for.

I have 20" wheels and Michelin LTX 275/55 on both 2011 and 2017 Expeditions. This setup has a decent and they both ride well, the 2017 a little better than the 2011.
