If the issue is just the 2 sections of hose that are dry rotted you can just pick up some 1/8" or 3/16" whichever will fit and replace those 2 pieces. They don't have to be custom made for that. You can also pick up elbows, T fittings, adapters and such and make the hose assemblies. As our trucks age this will become a requirement since the aftermarket often does not pick up these items.

Yeah, like bronco said, just go over to a local autoparts store and in their HELP section you'll find an assorted pack of elbows and short vacuum tubing to replace just what you need there. I noticed that the vacuum tube was off your hot water control valve too. Is that intentional, or is that missing too ?

In the past year, with enough searching, I was able to replace all the vacuum hoses with OEM when I installed the new engine. Sources included:

Dealership
Amazon
eBay
Tasca
Ford Parts Giant
Rock Auto

Good luck.

Man you found all my secret places to look for New Old Stock. LOL.

I too have found a good many factory replacement parts on eBAY recently. It can take some time to find them though and they are not always listed quite right.

Thank you, I'll try Auto stores with those sizes. At least now, I have sizes I could check for fitting.

Thank you, felt so stupid,I forgot to get the part number for the whole vacuum set. The Ford dealership part guy was grumpier than me but at least he let me photograph it. Its very far from home... I hate to go back and see the guy again. I'll check the sources you provided.

I happened to look at mine this evening and I have replaced both of those 2 small pieces of hose already. It looks like I replaced nothing but the rubber hoses. I would carefully remove the 2 pieces of hose and take the white T-fitting to the parts store with you to determine the size. Then pick up like 2-3' of it. Having extra vacuum hose or fuel line is always a good idea. You will find additional uses for it.

Not the best option but something else that could be done in a pinch (granted you have the materials) would be to heat shrink the old rubber. This would temporarily offer a protective barrier that will slow the separation of the degrading rubber. But if you have the time and means do what everyone else suggested and replace with new hoses and joints from the auto parts store.
