    No I have 33in tires as listed on my signature. I have changed the size in the computer with my programmer and have checked my mph against 2 different gps's and its within 1mph. I have checked it at lower speeds and on the interstate.

    This was my first long trip since installing the headers. And I just pulled the intake plenum and throttle body and cleaned them to like new condition when I replaced the egr valve. I'm sure that all helped. I also have 3.55 gears. I'm only running 1900rpm. At 75mph

    I would say most of these decals would be on our expedition windows so you would hope whoever was reading it would get the point that its related to our vehicle. Keep it simple and to the point.

    I've said this on other posts but one of my biggest gas milage gains were underdrive pulleys. And they aren't that expensive if you install them. $150 gained over 1mpg

    98 o2 sensor/ wheel hub / tie rods

    I would get some non flammable penetrating lube and spray it on the threads every night before parking it for a couple weeks. Worked wonders for getting the studs out of my manifolds. I didn't feel safe spraying pb blaster or anything flammable in that high temp area on a daily driver.

    Thanx guys. I have gone through and checked all hoses rechecked torque on all bolts. And when I replaced egr I had to pull off plenum and throttle body to drill and retap snapped bolt so I cleaned them to like new before reinstalling. Then tonight I was sent to grocery store for coffee...
