Dude you need to do a lot more research before arguing with guys that have the L swap. The plates you are talking about adapt a 4.6 intake to a 5.4 block. So please don't post until you school yourself some. Or you will be made fun of.- Expyguru

I will be running an AEM meth kit with mine for insurance as well as a lil HP. I run mine at a low rpm most of the time anyways. Run interstate and off road. every now and then I will punch it just to see the lil sports car go HUH lol. I plan on swapping next year to the gt500 SC. They are...- Expyguru

Yes I agree, The centi only puts out boost at a high rpm so most of the time I might as well be N/A. Thanks for the pulley size info I was going for 15# and thought an #8 would get me close so you just saved me 120 bucks. No the low restriction of the heads, stage 2 cams and longtube headers with no cats and one maganaflow on 3'' exhaust. I thick I have the least restrictive setup on a 2v I've seen on here.- Expyguru

Front Drive Shaft Installation
Hope you have better luck bought mine with the front drive shaft out said the same thing. put it in and tranfer case chain was bad. The good thing is there easy to rebuild.- Expyguru

I forgot if you want to test it lift one tire off the ground put a jackstand under that side and try to drive off of course in 2wd. if you pull off the stand you are good if not clutch is gone.- Expyguru

Look up replace clutch pack on ford 9.75 on youtube. Its a Novice guy but I used his tool idea to swap it out. Basically a bolt, washers and a couple nuts to compress the the clutch disc and remove the spider gears. It not no where near as easy as the 8.8 diff. thats a 20min swap. Also fork out...- Expyguru

I got my 4.88 gears in, rebuilt my rear LS and added a mustang Trac loc to the front. swapped my SC pulley to a 2.5 and adjusted the A/F and speedo. Well not one day but 2 days.- Expyguru

Adding heated seats in an xlt?
Easier and cheaper to buy new ones. I bought mine off ebay for 110.00 did front and back seats and wired button to center console took about 2 hours. Wired driver side into power seat wiring and passenger seats into wiring under center console and back seats into rear 12v outlet. They work great- Expyguru
