Mine had the same problem
Passenger mirror folded but the driver one wouldn’t .
Not a problem until I bought new mirrors and the new ones came folded and I had to unfold it .
I found the wire that folds the mirror , to be broken on the door side of the plug at the connection where the mirror...
Took a good look tracing wires and found a broken wire .
Snapped off at the connector , clipped it out of the connector on both ends and used a spade connector to get it working again.
I have had similar hard to find leaks on other vehicles ,
I use the UV dye with the black light and the special glasses .
Add the dye , drive it around a few minutes and come back and park it’s and wait till dark
You will find the leak for sure with the UV dye and black light after dark.
That’s the next step if I can’t find a diagram
Get a needle and backprobe the connector ,
It’s gotta be a bad connection or wire in the drivers door
Since the passenger side folds , the switch and the wire to the passenger side obviously function fine .
We have filled our 06 expy to the roof with stuff when we brought our kid back from college.
I’m sure with three adults and all the stuff packed to the roof in the entire car , there was space for one person to sit in the second row, it was way over 1600.
If it’s a sag issue you might want to...

Have a 2006 4wd limited
The brake line from the abs box going to the right front wheel , has burst , at the lowest part where it goes across the front frame crossmember next to the steering rack.
Evidently the plastic anchors on the crossmember rubbed a hole in it .
Anyway .
Has anyone ever...

I can check, although the hillbilly in me just says cut the yellow wire near the fusebox and add a relay with a trigger from a nearby wire that is activated by the ign
happened at the same time that the front blower speed control went bad.
and the battery went dead and wouldnt take a charge...
correct, the front blower shuts off when the ign is switched off, and the temp control panel goes off.
pulling the front blower relay, #6, doesnt affect the rear blower.
i cant see real good behind the fusebox, but it looks to me like the yellow/red wire from the rear bypasses the fusebox...
this is the trigger wire for the blower motor relay
the blower power from fuse 107 is the one just to the top and right of the test probe
ignition switch is off
this trigger wire is powered by fuse 5 which runs the front climate control system, I can hear a blend door or something groan, in...
lemme try with the pic.
the relays in the rear, the one that is powered by fuse 107, its trigger is a yellow wire with a red stripe , that wire is always hot.
i tracked the wire and it comes up front and bypassses the fuse box and goes tward the center of the dash. thats as far as Ive gotten...
none of the three relays in the rear are sticking.
ive swapped them around, and I can hear them clicking when they are plugged/unplugged.
in the rear, the three relays are arranged with two next to each other and the third in another row by itself.
this single one apparently controls the other...
thanks for the pic!
I removed the panel so I can access the relays, but the relays are engaged all the time, even with the ignition switched off.
if I remove them , they click off, and if I plug them back in they click on again.
I pulled fuse 107 in the front passenger kickpanel to kill...
thanks
i figured its gotta be a relay stuck in the "on" position which seems like a fire hazard to me.
any idea where this relay is located?
I got a used front blower module at a junkyard for $25 and cured that.
does the rear one have a module?
I’ve got a couple problems all of a sudden with my 06 expy limited with electronic front temp control
the front blower only works on high, which my Google fu tells me is the blower control module
but here’s the weird one:
the rear blower speed control works ok, but the blower will not shut...
