03 expedition 5.4 whats the best tuner ?

I need more power big time what's the best bang for my buck ? I want to get a diablo programmer but my local performance place says they don't sell em for the 2V 2003 V8's any advice is much appreciated let me know what you did to your expy to get as much power and torque. Thanks

did you notice a decent difference in power it says its only about 20 hp extra

Mine was not preloaded with any tunes. All custom so cannot honestly compare.

Superchips and EDGE seem to be the favorites for the 2v 5.4L based on what I've read here, and all the F150 people I know running them.

Not sure of your mileage but with your tuner make sure to freshen up your plugs, plug gap and coil packs(if needed).

Good tip thank you I blew a motor in my dodge by not replacing my pugs .

Any tips for doing #4 and number 5 plugs. Think thats the ones pretty much behind he firewall thank you.

#4 and #8 are behind the firewall. Just like any plug, just take your time. It will take you an afternoon to do all 8 plugs.

Extensions and swivels is all it took for me. I have a really good mix of 1/4" and 3/8" ratchet tools and I was able to do the job in about 2 hours.

Do any of you guys use Dextron 4 with a synthetic additive ?? Mr Transmission says it just as good as the mercon 4.
