04 Expedition driver controls tri-button plastic insert on dash

i am looking for the tri-button driver control plastic insert on the dash. My Expy is the XLT trim, and does not have functional buttons, its just a plastic insert, kinda oval shape on both ends. Need help pls.

i am sorry, i do not have a pic of it, its the info/setup/reset button

I would just look on Ebay for one of the salvage yards that sell the instrument cluster with the message center in it, and ask them if they have the 3-button switch out of one of the Eddie Bauer Expods they can send you.

It sounds like you are looking for the message center controls. To use these, your dash has to support the message center and there may be a module somewhere under the dash.
