07 expedition rattle under acceleration

I have an 07 Expedition that started to lose power to the extent that I would slow down going over overpasses. It is making a rattle sound when I get to 2500 rpm and up. I currently can not get over 4000rpm no matter what I do. I have a new OEM fuel pump, new coil packs, and new spark plugs that were changed at the dealership. The CEL used to come on and flash showing specific cylinder misfires and random misfires. It had been parked for a while until I had a chance to work on it and now the codes do not come on. I am the second owner and I have had a lot of issues with this vehicle.

Just a clarifying question... you used to get misfires and the CEL would come on. Were you losing power back then as well, same as today? Or different? Is that when you had fuel pump, plugs, and coils changed? Then after the visit to the dealership the CEL light stopped coming on? But not change in behavior? Just trying to understand sequence of events.

Also, you mention a rattling sound. Is that a new sound or something that's been there ever since the misfires, etc? And now, when you hear the rattling sounds, do you feel the engine misfiring? Or is the engine running smoothly?
