Replaced my 5.4 L been running for over three weeks now no issues. Doing other repairs to the truck including re-soldering to fix odometer. Worked great for over two weeks then started jump around odometer still read OK then got worse back normal. Starting the engine at least once a day. Starting when I think battery may be dying out starts every time. Today the usual except that it cranks now but no start. It started ran then died out, second time same thing now it just cranks. The Odometer reads --------
1) No CEL not today or prior, OBD II Scanner shows no codes.
2) Checked crank sensor connection, and wires leading to it for wear (entire harness re-wrapped).
3) Checked fuel pump fuse even switched with another 30 Amp fuse. Checked every single fuse while I was at it, both under the hood and under the dash. All checked out fine.
4) Tested the fuel delivery system replaced Fuel Pump Relays twice and back to original relay still the same. Checked relay sockets for power. Constant power is there on terminal 30, ignition power is there on terminal 86 when ignition is turned on. Did the thumb test relay clicks when ignition is turned on. Checked Inertia switch it was not tripped for a reset. Banged on the fuel tank. Turned on the ignition to listen for click and whine from fuel pump from tank and fuel inlet seems to be working. Fuel pump replace around two years ago.
5) Injectors: All eight replace two days ago and truck was running then. Tested number one with NOID light (no light) today.
6) COP: All eight replaced.
7) Fuel pressure test: connected tester cranked no pressure. Checked connection restart still nothing.
8) PCM: I pulled the battery cables and discharge the system waited for over five minutes see in PCM resets. Still nothing.
If pressure fails I will Hot wired the Fuel Pump straight to the battery and see what we get. But it sounds like its working though.
Any other ideas anyone???

Remove fuel pump relay after connecting fuel pressure gauge. Jump pin 30 to pin 87 and read fuel pressure. If pressure is zero remove jumper and fuel filter, then connect a drain hose to the fuel line coming from the tank. Reinstall jumper then check for fuel coming out of the line. If no fuel inspect fuel pump assembly. I've had the rubber hose connecting the pump to the assy fail before.

Fuel Delivery

Removed fuel pump relay after connecting fuel pressure gauge. Jumped pin 30 to pin 87 (audible click at tank) read fuel pressure still reads zero. Cranked it's still zero. I'm going to test the pressure gauge on a running vehicle before I try the other steps. I want make sure the gauge works.

09) Fuel Filter replace with a K&N less than 500 miles ago, MPG improved by 2.5 MPG.

Battery

Battery trickle charged over night and tested OK. Reconnected battery cranked it same thing.

Note: Positive cable currently disconnected

Disconnected for two days so the PCM reset didn't work.

Instrument cluster

Swapped out Instrument cluster everything reads including that clusters mileage, no -------. This cluster shows the Theft light flashing continuously.

Could this no start issue be PATS relate and not fuel pump related?
10) Only have one key and one fob both are OEM. Factory alarm with door key pad.
