2000 expy 5.4L eddie bauer 4x4 279k 02 sensor data, is it bad?

Hi everyone, I am having rich condition with my expy, code is po175. I changed my fuel injectors and cop's. I used my scan tool to check the data form the truck and this is what I found. my question is does this mean my o2 sensors are bad? thank you.

Those readings above are with the engine off, key on

Long term trim (2) -14.1
St trim (1) -7.0
St trim (2) -3.9
St trim (11) -5 5
St trim (21) -3.1
