2000 Expy No start with codes

I have a 2000 Eddie Bauer Expedition, and it started running rough and then it died when my wife was driving it. She got it running, but scared her, and so I had it checked at the local Auto Zone and I got code P0171, P0174, and P0301. I replaced the MAF since cleaning didn't do anything, and now it won't even start. Now one other point, due to a prolonged family emergency it sat for over 2 months. NOTE - I have just over 300,000 miles on this and it was running great up to this time. Clearly something stopped working all of a sudden because the change was not gradual.

P0171/P0174
Possible causes
- Intake air leaks
- Faulty front heated oxygen sensor
- Ignition misfiring
- Faulty fuel injectors
- Exhaust gas leaks
- Incorrect fuel pressure
- Lack of fuel
- Faulty Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor
- Incorrect Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) hose connection

P0301
Possible causes
- Faulty spark plug 1
- Clogged or faulty fuel injector 1
- Faulty ignition coil 1
- Fuel injector 1 harness is open or shorted
- Fuel injector 1 circuit poor electrical connection
- Ignition coil 1 harness is open or shorted
- Ignition coil 1 circuit poor electrical connection
- Insufficient cylinder 1 compression
- Incorrect fuel pressure
- Intake air leak

I suggest putting the old MAF back in and try to start it. Then go through the list starting with checking for leaks on the intake manifold.
Also since it has been sitting for 2 months, how strong is the battery charge?
When was the last full tune up?
By won't start I'll assume that the engine turns over, just won't run.

When you do as suggested by stamp and if it still doesn't start then Try spraying some starter fluid in the intake and see if it runs or tries to start
Just a little Don't over spray

Try checking for spark pull out 1 coil and boot and connect it to a spark tester. If you dont have one, just use another plug and place the plug on something metal and have an assistant crank the engine. If it sparks, you have ruled out the cam sensor and the ecu and the fuel injector cycling.
Then listen for the fuel pump running insert a short piece of stiff garden hose into the fuel fill inlet. Have someone turn the ignition switch to on position and listen for a short whirring sound. If you hear that then the pump is ok.
Then check for fuel at the schrader valve. Depress the valve while the ignition switch is on. If fuel pressure is present, then the fuel system can be ruled out.
Last check, assume the engine is flooded pull out the fuse for the fuel pump and start the engine while fully deppressing the accelerator pedal. If it wants to start after that put back the fuse and start it again normally.
If it still wont start, check the wiring of the MAF sensor. Because if the MAF sensor is disconnected, the engine wont run at all.

I had to turn in the old MAF sensor for the core charge. So many possibilities, where do I start? I will get some starter fluid as suggested by the other comment.
