2001 Fog Lights

I have a 2001 with the lights in the lower bumper. Fog/Driving lights Depends on who you talk to. Anyways All the wiring and lights are there but the pull switch is not in this model (must have been an option) Question is, I'm under the understanding that the harness is all the same for this year truck. I should be able to get the switch with the pull out fog light option and they should work?

First go to FordEtis home page and enter in your vin number it will show you all that was on the expy when built. If the fog lights were originally on the expy then its is possible the switch may have been changed.
Next remove the current light switch and check connector C-246 and make sure there are wires to pins 2,5 and 6. Make sure the fog lamp relay is in place.
