2003 Expedition ABS

Having trouble diag the abs code c2769, the vehicle doesn't have traction control but every where i look its saying check the traction control module. Talked to Ford they say it doesn't have on and then I talk to them a day later and they say check the ABS module, cant figure this out need help????????

my g/f's cavalier, which has no traction control either, sets off a tcs light when the brakes are close to needing replaced and if its been raining pretty hard for awhile, but its due to the abs system, check your brakes, clean off the metal grooved ring on your front axles with brake parts cleaner and check your wires to each front wheel, unplug them, check and clean connections
