2003 expy 4x4 drivers side passenger window

so from the drivers door switch and the switch on the drivers side rear passenger door switch the switch is backwards. when press down the window goes up and vice versa. all the other switches on the drivers master switch are ok. is the motor leads miswired or is it the both switches bad.?

which switch appears to be backwards? the master or the rear You should be able to remove the switch and change the wiring to the switch that is backwards but removing the pins and putting them in the correct places. You may want to check the wiring to see if it has been changed or altered buy cutting and splicing

If its the rear switch then you should be able to remove the switch and disassemble the housing and reinstall it in the proper position

both switches are backwards the drivers door and the passenger drivers side door

then that sounds like the motor for the rear pass door window has been changed and just needs to have the motor wires reversed
