2003 ford expedition xlt 4.6 pcv valve elbow hose replace

Does anyone know how to remove this pcv elbow hose? Do you just have to push it out.

Ohh the little hose that makes your truck run like everything is broken and costs $14 dollars to replace, it just pulls out from what I remember. Good thing about that is that by the time I figured out it was that I had new o2 sensors, spark plugs, coil packs and a maf. [emoji37][emoji37]
