2003 XLT bottom radiator hose removal

Hi,
Please help in giving a tip to remove these two clamps to romove the bottom radiator hose

I changed out my radiator yesterday on my 2003 and the hose will come out of the black clamp easily after you drain the fluid, i didnt need to remove that clamp.
as far as the lower hose goes i think you can only get it as one pc already clamped together.
