My 2004 EB came with factory installed DVD player mounted on the ceiling. The remote that came with it never worked. It was a longer full size remote. I did some looking on ebay and finally found one that was an exact match. Most of the ones were real small and didn't look like mine.
I purchased it and it doesn't work. It was brand new. Maybe it's not the remote but wanted to know how can you tell which remote goes with my unit and also what else might be wrong? The DVD player works great. Thanks.
