2005 Ford Exp XLT

Hello, does anyone have photos or a video replacing the actuator behind the radio? It's a manual selector, none dual climate control. All the videos show alot more space. I was able to remove the old actuator, but cannot clear the new one's shaft into the hole.

I figured it out. I had to take the new actuator apart before install, installed the bottom half with the shaft, then the gear that goes right next to it, then slipped on the top half, clicked it all together and I was done. My model had NO room to drop in the unit as a whole. Hooked everything back up and my clicking is gone, and I can selected the temperature again.
