2005 Suspension... too floaty

Hi all,
Are there any recommended spring replacements that will firm up the suspension on my Expy Limited?
I recently replaced the shocks with Bilsteins, but it's still too bouncy for my taste.

Could the bouncy feeling be from tires? Passenger tires instead of LT tires. Worth a look cuz it can make a difference.
