unless you have my truck...no issues!!!

I noticed you double posted this (here and a new thread). Frankly this is a known issue that Dodge, Chevy, and Ford have been fighting for years and years. Its probably cheaper to fix the repairs than chemfilm the aluminum to seal properly....good pre buy research should have told you this happens...Sure the Sequoias don't have it....but I didn't want to fork out the extra 10K for a little extra quality.

Not sure what you are talking about but this truck had msrp of $60K dollars and Toyota is not more expensive. To be talking about paint bubling on one year old car is non approvable no matter how cheap it is.

LOL, (thread drift) I did NO research when I bought my 2004 XP a couple weeks ago. I was 1500 miles from home and total time from seeing the car (and not even in the market) to buying it was 45 minutes. I never shoot from the hip but once in a while you just do. This thing looked almost new, and it was replacing a swiss cheesed 04 Durango which I just sold tonight.
The chem film: The only issue I found so far were some TINY dots bubbling up on the inside lip of the tail gate. Can I just grind down those areas, por 15 and white over the top of that and be done with them, or do I need to alodine it first? Only reason I ask on this thread is you brought up the chemfilm.
