I have seen a few threads regarding dim information center read outside which is where the odometer is located. The auto setting is not the issue, however what I have noticed is the brightness never changes between headlights on or off. At night it is perfect during the day it disappears in bright light. So here is what I have done so far.
1. Checked all fuses - good
2. Changed auto dim setting multiple time has no effect on the information center between the tach and speedometer
3. Used the dimmer on the left of the steering wheel which also has no effect.
4. Ordered a new dimmer switch because it is not dimming anything.

Any more ideas? I have searched YouTube and older models come up but not the later gen 3
