2012 - AC blows cold air on drivers side, hot air on passenger side

Ugh anyone find a fix for this? My heater blower blows HOT on passenger at any vent setting… the drivers ice cold air…

I figured out that it was the passenger side blower door. My mechanic wants abou $900 to repair, says it will require taking dash apart.
