2013 Expedition interior lights stay on.

Every vehicle I have owned the interior lights go off after a few moments but I have to turn these off manually.

Are you talking about after you leave and lock your vehicle? Or when?

Yes. Only when I park and get out. I close all doors and lock it. They stay on until the battery saver kicks in after 10 minutes. I can manually turn them off using my dimmer switch.

I figured it out. There is a way to do it in the settings switch which is on the steering wheel. They don't discuss this in the owner manual.

Hit settings button on dash. Scroll up or down to lighting. My timer was on off position which meant it would not automatically turn off. I set timer to 2minutes, now they shut off after that time.
