2013 Expy XLT

I recently purchased a 2013 Expy. Has nav with 4" screen. I've tried to listen to my burned CDs and got message bad CD unable to read. I then put in some of my store bought CDs and got the same message. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Unfortunately the lens is probably bad in the CD player. If you are lucky it might just be dirty. They make a CD lens cleaner but they are hit or miss as to whether they work. Probably time to look for an aftermarket radio.

Mine started doing the same thing but I haven't tried any type of cleaning cd yet. I plan on using a can of air and hope it's dust.
I bought my 2017 Expy new so I know that no one put anything in there that could cause the problem.
Have you tried cleaning the CDs (store bought and ones you burned) ?
