2016 Expedition Tail light mystery device! Solve this one!

Tail light blinker bulb failed on my 2016 King Ranch Expy. While changing the bulb a strange device fell out from behind the tail light. No markings. No numbers. Nothing I have ever seen before having worked on many autos. Hopefully pictures provide some idea. What is this? All conspiracy theories welcome!

It’s a stun gun to entice the slow workers to speed it up a little. Accidentally fell from the Formans shirt pocket into the tail light area.....

Yes, got some feedback from some others as well. An empty Phix pod actually (vape pod). Modern day equivalent of finding a cigarette butt behind my tail light . Learned something new today.

Stun gun was more intriguing...

Glad you found out what it was. But photos with no sense of scale hard hard to guess at. I had no idea (and still don't) if this is 1/4" long or 4". Maybe lay a quarter next to it to show scale (or a cigarette ) next time.
