2016 trailer brake

i bought the trailer brake controller from ford and installed it. i had them try to program it --fail
i bought the forscan tool to do it my self. the only thing in the module (tbc) is engine hours.
anyone got an idea?

no trailer gain
also there is a dtc malfunction indicator lamp is off

I added the Trailer Brake controller succesfullyl a few weeks ago to my 2015 XLT.

Look for IPC 720-07-01 and 720-04-01. I had to change those values to get it to work.
