2017 Limited with load air noises coming thru the door

Can anyone post a picture of where they put surgical tubing to improve the seals? Also what size did you use? I hear wind noise from my drivers door (upper rear of door), particularly at 60mph and above.

Here's one example of the technique. This inserts foam inside the seal to expand it.

Other techniques involve put a hose/rope behind the seal, like this (not sure why he's concerned about sealing his doors on his mudder, though)
